We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch and all the staff were friendly and polite. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a big bathroom, a TV with a great quality screen and an excellent home screen menu. We also appreciated the availability of a fridge in our room and the comfortable beds. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the staff in the Stable Bar were welcoming, even when we arrived late after a concert. The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to attend an event in the Stables pub or visit the nearby David Lloyd sports centre. our experience at this hotel was exceptional.

Convenient to attend an event here in the 400-year-old Manor House. The room was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options. The hotel has a pub on-site, perfect for grabbing a drink or a quick bite. the screen at the entrance to the restaurant was a nice touch.
The size of the room was smaller than expected.

We had a great time staying here! The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet area just outside the bustling city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, providing advice on transportation and even bringing extra tea for our room. The breakfast was outstanding, both in terms of quality and quantity, exceeding our expectations. We were also impressed with the amenities provided in our room, including the free Wi-Fi, in-room safe, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel's patio and garden furniture offered a lovely space to relax and unwind.
While the majority of the staff were friendly and attentive, there seemed to be a lack of awareness from some of the younger waiters. However, one waiter in particular stood out for his exceptional service.
